جميع المنتجات المباعة هي منتجات رقمية ويتم تسليمها إلكترونيًا فقط، ولا يتم شحن أي منتجات مادية.

يتم تسليم المنتج فور إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح عبر منصة الدفع المعتمدة (Tebex).

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من أن المنتج مناسب لاحتياجاته ومتوافق مع سيرفره قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

يلتزم المتجر بتسليم المنتج كما هو موضح في وصفه، ولا يشمل ذلك أي تعديلات أو إضافات لم يتم الاتفاق عليها مسبقًا.

في حال الاتفاق على الدفع على دفعتين أو أكثر، يحق للمتجر إيقاف أو إلغاء تسليم المنتج في حال عدم التزام العميل بمواعيد أو مبالغ الدفع المتفق عليها.

يمنع إعادة بيع أو مشاركة أو توزيع أو نشر أي منتج تم شراؤه دون موافقة كتابية من المتجر.

الدعم الفني - إن وجد - يقتصر على ما هو مذكور في وصف المنتج أو الاتفاق بين الطرفين.

عند تسليم المنتج بشكل صحيح ووفقًا للوصف، لا يحق للعميل طلب استرداد المبلغ المدفوع.

بعد تسليم المنتج، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استبداله أو استرجاعه.

لا يتم الاسترجاع في حال عدم توافق المنتج مع إعدادات السيرفر الخاصة بالعميل أو بسبب أخطاء في التثبيت من طرف العميل.

في حال وجود خلل جوهري في المنتج يمنع استخدامه كما هو موصوف، يلتزم المتجر بإصلاحه أو تقديم حل بديل خلال مدة معقولة.

في حال محاولة استرجاع المبلغ (Chargeback) بعد استلام المنتج، يحتفظ المتجر بحقه في تعليق الخدمات واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.

يقتصر التزام المتجر على تركيب الملفات فحسب، ولا يتحمل أي مسؤولية عن سائر السكربتات ما لم يُنصّ على خلاف ذلك في وصف المنتج.

يحق للمتجر تعديل شروط الشراء والاسترجاع في أي وقت، ويسري التعديل من تاريخ نشره على الموقع.

بإتمام عملية الشراء، يقر العميل بأنه قرأ شروط الشراء والاسترجاع ووافق عليها بالكامل.

All products sold are digital and are delivered electronically only. No physical items are shipped.

Products are delivered immediately after successful payment through the approved payment platform (Tebex).

The customer is responsible for ensuring the product meets their needs and is compatible with their server before completing the purchase.

The store is responsible only for delivering the product as described. Any additional modifications or custom work must be agreed upon separately.

If payment is agreed in two or more installments, the store reserves the right to suspend or cancel delivery if the customer fails to pay the agreed amounts on time.

Reselling, sharing, distributing, or publishing any purchased product without written permission from the store is strictly prohibited.

Technical support, if provided, is limited to the scope and duration stated in the product description or agreed upon between both parties.

Once the product has been delivered correctly and as described, the customer is not eligible for a refund.

After delivery, orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

Refunds are not provided if the product is incompatible with the customer's server setup or due to installation errors on the customer's side.

If there is a material defect that prevents the product from working as described, the store will fix it or provide an alternative solution within a reasonable time.

Any chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute after successful delivery may result in suspension of services and appropriate action.

The store is responsible only for installing the files, and bears no responsibility for other scripts unless otherwise stated in the product description.

The store reserves the right to update these Purchase & Refund Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published on the website.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Purchase & Refund Terms.
